- Lead the growth of the agronomy program
- Support fellow agronomists and operational staff
- Work with suppliers to drive product innovation Requirements:
- Professional designation (P. Ag or CCA) required
- Agricultural degree or diploma essential
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Management experience is a plus
