Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Veterinary Technical Product Manager position based in West Delhi, India. As a Veterinary Technical Product Manager at Panav Bio-Tech, you will work at the exciting intersection of veterinary science and business strategy. You'll manage products across our three divisions — Orion (Biologicals & Diagnostics), Regal (Therapeutic Solutions), and Iris (Nutraceuticals) — ensuring scientific excellence meets market impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the product roadmap across PBT's veterinary portfolio

Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales & veterinary teams for seamless product delivery

Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable product strategies

Monitor the full product lifecycle — from development to market launch

Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape in the veterinary sector

Ensure all products meet regulatory and quality compliance standards

Support product positioning exclusively through veterinary channels

Requirements

Qualification: B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc (Veterinary Science)

Experience: 2–3 years in a corporate environment

Strong understanding of veterinary/technical product development

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail

Familiarity with the Indian veterinary or animal healthcare market is a plus
