  • Act as a consultative recruitment subject matter expert, applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and selecting high-quality candidates
  • Attract, influence, and convert passive talent through understanding the business and employee value proposition
  • Develop and implement comprehensive technical recruitment plans
  • Collaborate with clients and HR partners to understand department culture, business strategy, and talent profiles for hiring needs
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and screenings
  • Utilize innovative sourcing and branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Drive continuous improvement through measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics
  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and conferences to recruit top technology talent
  • Build a professional network of top technology talent

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of large corporate and agency technology recruiting experience across various technical disciplines
  • Experience in meeting time-to-fill, quantity, quality, diversity, and internal hiring goals
  • Deep experience in using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and handle competing demands effectively
  • Proven experience in engaging prospects through targeted sourcing and cold calling
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking systems and experience in a results-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience in an international, matrixed organization
