Job Description
As a fast-growing staffing company listed on the BSE SME platform, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Accounts & Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire finance and accounting function of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the company
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements applicable to a BSE SME listed entity
- Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls and financial governance
- Prepare and present MIS, financial statements, and management reports
- Handle investor relations, stakeholder communication, and support board/reporting requirements
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making
Qualification Required:
- Qualified CA with 1+ years of experience is preferred
- Proven experience in accounts, finance, audit, and compliance, preferably in a listed company environment
- Exposure to BSE SME / IPO-listed company compliance and investor relations will be an advantage
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Preference for candidates from close proximity to the office location
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently as required by the role
