Mechanical Technician – HVAC & Systems

We are hiring a hands-on Mechanical & Electrical Integration Technician to build, assemble, and test mechanical and electrical systems.

This role is ideal for someone with strong workshop experience in piping, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and equipment assembly. You will work on thermal systems, chillers, and vacuum-tight assemblies in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate mechanical systems & sub-assemblies
• Perform piping & tubing work (cutting, bending, brazing, fittings)
• Ensure vacuum-tight assemblies and perform leak checks
• Handle low-voltage electrical wiring & connections
• Install and connect sensors (temperature, pressure, flow)
• Work on HVAC/chiller systems & coolant loops
• Source components from local vendors
• Support testing, troubleshooting & system validation

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years hands-on experience in:
• HVAC / Chiller systems
• Mechanical assembly / fabrication
• Electrical wiring
• Experience in:
• Tube/pipe fittings (compression, brazing, flaring)
• Working with tools & workshop equipment
• Ability to read drawings & schematics
• Strong problem-solving & practical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vacuum systems / leak testing
• Exposure to industrial equipment / thermal systems
• Knowledge of instrumentation (sensors, gauges)
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
