Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced F&B Captain to oversee restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and lead the service team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage waiters/stewards on the floor
Ensure smooth and timely food & beverage service
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and delivery
Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation
Train and guide team members
Assist in billing, table allocation, and shift closing
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Customer-focused approach
Knowledge of POS/billing systems
Willingness to work in shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
