Role & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can bring sharp thinking, strong storytelling, and culturally relevant ideas to the table. Someone who understands how brands need to behave across platforms today from big campaign moments and films to social content, creator collaborations, and everyday conversations online.
You should be equally comfortable writing a campaign line, scripting a reel, cracking a content idea, or shaping a narrative that feels native to the platform and true to the brand.
What You’ll Do
- Develop ideas and write copy across film, print, digital, social, and content-led campaigns
- Turn briefs into sharp, original, and engaging communication
- Collaborate with art, strategy, and account teams to build integrated creative work
- Create platform-first ideas tailored for Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging formats
- Write scripts, captions, campaign lines, and long- and short-form content across formats
- Contribute to influencer and creator-led campaigns with storytelling that feels authentic and culturally in sync
- Support campaign and content ideation across brands and categories
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and craft across deliverables
- Work fluidly across fast-paced creative workflows and evolving content formats
- Use AI tools to support ideation, exploration, and creative development where relevant
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Senior Copywriter Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies, with a background spanning both mainline and digital mandates across multiple brand categories and formats.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong writing craft across both mainline and digital ecosystems — campaign lines, scripts, captions, social copy, and long- and short-form content.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have demonstrated experience creating platform-first ideas tailored for Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging formats — not just adapting mainline work to digital.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience collaborating with art, strategy, and account teams to build integrated creative work across film, print, digital, social, and content-led campaigns
- Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have strong understanding of video storytelling, internet culture, and platform behaviour, with the ability to shift tone and writing style across different brands, audiences, and platforms
- Mandatory (Skill 2) – Must have strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
- Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, writing versatility, and sharp execution across at least 3–4 formats (film/script, social, campaign copy, digital content).
- Preferred (Skill 1) – Experience working on influencer or creator-led campaigns with storytelling that feels authentic and culturally in sync
- Preferred (Skill 2) – Exposure to AI tools for ideation, drafting, and creative exploration
- Preferred (Skill 3) – Ability to balance long-term brand thinking with real-time content demands, moving seamlessly between campaign thinking and fast-turnaround content creation
Pay: ₹306,026.96 - ₹900,000.00 per year
