We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our community and are currently searching for a highly skilled Oracle Retail Project Manager to lead retail transformation initiatives within the Information Technology department.

Job Summary

We are looking for a senior Oracle Retail Project Manager with extensive experience in leading end-to-end implementations and retail transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on delivery leader capable of managing complex Oracle Retail deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful go-live execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Leadership: Lead full lifecycle Oracle Retail implementations from initiation through hypercare. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and project plans. Manage schedule, budget, scope, quality, and resource utilization.
• Oracle Retail Delivery: Oversee implementations involving various Oracle Retail modules including Merchandising, Order Management System (OMS), Xstore, Order Broker, Customer Engagement, and related ecosystem components.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, leadership, and implementation partners. Provide executive-level status reporting and communicate project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery teams by coordinating consultants and business users while mentoring project team members to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Architecture & Integration Oversight: Oversee solution architecture decisions ensuring successful integration with systems while supporting data migration strategy and coordinating batch processing requirements.
• Governance & Risk Management: Establish and maintain project governance processes. Manage risks and issues while ensuring compliance with quality standards and enforcing implementation best practices.
• Vendor Management: Manage system integrators and third-party vendors by negotiating contractual obligations and ensuring delivery performance meets agreed service levels.

Required Experience

• Strong implementation experience across the Oracle Retail Suite.
• A proven track record of delivering multiple Oracle Retail go-lives successfully.
• Experience in leading large-scale retail transformation initiatives.
• Adept at managing implementation partners and system integrators in the Oracle Retail space.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering or a related field is required.

Preferred Certifications include PMP , PRINCE 2 , Agile Certification (Oracle Retail Certification is an added advantage).
