We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative who will work with the Sales Desk Management Team to provide top-tier service to our customers in-store and online . This individual will perform a variety of job functions, including:
Responsibilities
- Receiving and welcoming clients at our 500 Norfinch Dr. location and providing them with sales and service support.
- Answer general email inquiries and phone calls from current and prospective clients regarding orders and delivery needs.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing tailored solutions and ongoing support for their commercial food equipment needs.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Skills and Education
- Strong negotiation and communication skills is required, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Proficiency with Inventory and CRM platforms is an asset, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience in the restaurant food equipment / hospitality industries is preferred but not required.
- Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma but preference will be given to college or university graduates.
