Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service/Sales Engineer based in Glen Rock, PA to support our customers in the US and Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

This role combines hands-on field service with proactive sales activities, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support while expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of our products at customer locations
• Configure and test equipment
• Keep track of service calls including work performed, parts utilized and follow-up requirements
• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior sales experience is not required but the ideal candidate is adept at developing and maintaining relationships in a professional environment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Be willing to travel frequently to the Asia Pacific region for installations, service visits and sales calls
• Fluency in English and at least one language from the Asia Pacific region
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience with installing and supporting electromechanical equipment
• Experience with assembling mechanical and/or electrical components into finished assemblies
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Using an electrical meter and similar tools for diagnostics
• Work well with others in a small team environment
• Be a self starter
• Work well in a dynamic environment, being flexible with job duties and have the ability to change direction quickly
• Good computer skills, including basic software and network configuration
• Ability to pass background checks for access to military bases in US ally countries
• Must have a valid driver’s license and valid passport for international travel with minimal visa requirements to US ally APAC countries
• Must have US citizenship or US permanent resident status

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
