Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy, brand communication, and digital design initiatives across enterprise programs.
  • Build, manage, and scale multidisciplinary teams comprising designers, UX professionals, copywriters, developers, and creative specialists.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of digital studio operations, including governance, quality standards, and process optimization.
  • Lead and manage Marketing Shared Services functions supporting global stakeholders across creative delivery, campaign execution, and brand operations.
  • Oversee Studio Shared Services Operations, including service delivery models, intake governance, resource utilization, SLAs, and operational efficiencies.
  • Conceptualize and deliver high-impact creative campaigns, executive communications, and strategic storytelling initiatives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of digital experiences including mobile applications, web platforms, enterprise portals, and emerging media solutions.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to create communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Develop innovative solutions for customer experience, employee experience, and change management communication.
  • Oversee creative direction for proposal pitches, marketing collateral, brand identity programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive UX strategy through research, wireframing, prototyping, usability analysis, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Ensure alignment between creative vision, technical feasibility, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, resource planning, estimations, and delivery timelines.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, collaboration, and creative excellence.
  • Strong experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Digital Studio Leadership, Marketing Shared Services, and Studio Shared Services Operations.
  • Deep expertise in Brand Strategy, Visual Communication, Design Thinking, and Shared Services Delivery Models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of UX/UI Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Customer Experience Design.
  • Experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital transformation initiatives and enterprise communication programs.
  • Strong experience in setting up and managing centralized marketing services, creative operations hubs, and shared services governance frameworks.

  • Experience managing shared services environments supporting global marketing or creative functions.
  • Human Factors International (HFI) CUA Certification is an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in UX, Design Thinking, Shared Services, or Creative Leadership preferred.
