Job Description

As an Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead handling, sales, and business development for the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining data to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters.
  • Running client acquisition campaigns and lead generation activities to establish a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
  • Ensuring service delivery and client retention.
  • Providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team for launching the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Achieving targets in the designated areas.
  • Mapping new projects and new builders in designated territories and acquiring them to ensure coverage across the designated territory.
  • Handling relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • A graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
  • Previous experience in the real estate business.
  • An outgoing personality with confidence and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Passion for selling, resilience, and persistence.
  • Effective execution skills.
