As an Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead handling, sales, and business development for the region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining data to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters.
- Running client acquisition campaigns and lead generation activities to establish a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
- Ensuring service delivery and client retention.
- Providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team for launching the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Achieving targets in the designated areas.
- Mapping new projects and new builders in designated territories and acquiring them to ensure coverage across the designated territory.
- Handling relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
Qualifications required for this role:
- A graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Previous experience in the real estate business.
- An outgoing personality with confidence and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations.
- Passion for selling, resilience, and persistence.
- Effective execution skills.
