Kreativ Street is a full-stack creative agency working with Fortune 500 brands, new-age startups, and legacy businesses. The role

This is an individual contributor role for someone who understands that good copy starts long before the cursor blinks and that social is a strategy, not just a distribution channel.

You'll own social content for assigned brands: writing captions, Reels scripts, carousels, Stories, and long-form posts across categories, each with its own voice, audience, and intent. You'll also help grow Instagram pages from zero, understanding algorithmic momentum, audience retention, and the difference between vanity metrics and real engagement.

The work is month-on-month, deadline-driven, and detail-heavy. We're not looking for someone who writes in bursts of inspiration. We're looking for someone who shows up consistently, digs into the brief, and produces work rooted in understanding, not just instinct. Creativity matters here. But it's the kind that comes from doing the homework first.

What you'll do

Own the social narrative for assigned brands

  • understanding market position, audience psychology, and competitive landscape; building copy that fits into larger business goals, not just the content calendar.

Build Instagram-scale capability -

by growing pages, engineering engagement through algorithmic understanding, and distinguishing real traction from vanity metrics.

Think in formats

  • lead creative across Reels, Stories, carousels, captions, and long-form posts without losing voice or strategy between them.

Bridge strategy and execution

  • translate brand briefs into social moments, find the social truth inside strategy, and build outward from it.

Collaborate across disciplines -

designers, video creators, and strategists to ensure copy shapes creative direction, not follows it.

Maintain 100% consistency

  • the same quality of thinking in month 7 as in month 1; every caption carrying the brand's voice and Kreativ Street's reputation.

What you'll need

·

2-4 years of copywriting experience in an agency or structured content environment, with enough exposure to know what works but not so much that you think you know everything.

· Proven track record scaling an Instagram page, show us growth with your fingerprints on it. Yours, a client's, or a brand. High-engagement posts with no evidence you understood why they worked won't cut it.

· Strong grasp of platform mechanics, algorithm behaviour, audience retention, the psychology of the scroll. You engineer engagement, not just post.

· Research instincts: the ability to get under the skin of a category, a competitor landscape, or a consumer insight before writing a single word.

· Comfort with ambiguity and speed, you write brilliant copy under deadline, pitch ideas without decks, and thrive in rapid iteration.

· Experience developing original brand voice for social, you've created or co-created a distinctive voice and can shift tone while keeping the thread intact.

· Genuine exposure to pop culture and internet culture, you understand the cultural current, spot real moments versus traps, and know when to jump on a trend.

· Familiarity with AI tools in your writing workflow, for research, ideation, or drafting and the judgment to know when to use them and when not to.

· An eye for how copy and visual work together, especially in social formats. You see copy as more than just communication.

· Your process involves research before writing, not research instead of writing.

· You find it satisfying to crack the same brief ten different ways until one of them is clearly right.

· Consistency doesn't bore you. You understand that doing the work reliably, month after month, is its own skill.

· You genuinely light up talking about how a caption landed and can explain precisely why it did.
