Assistant Marketing Manager– Mandarin Required

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking candidate to join our team.Support the marketing team in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to promote nunuwork’s core HR services (executive search, career coaching, talent placement). Drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and align marketing initiatives with business growth goals in the staffing and career services industry.

Duties

1.Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, website) and offline events to boost brand visibility.

2. Create and edit engaging marketing content including promotional copy, social media posts, blogs, and service brochures for job seekers and corporate clients.

3. Monitor campaign performance, track key marketing metrics, and prepare regular performance reports to optimize marketing tactics.

4. Conduct basic industry and competitor research to support marketing strategy adjustments.

5. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, talent service) to support lead conversion and client acquisition.

7. Coordinate marketing vendors, manage marketing collateral, and assist in daily marketing operation tasks.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional marketing experience, experience in HR, staffing, executive search or career services is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing practices and excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
• Basic data analysis capability, detail-oriented with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, email marketing or analytics tools is preferred.
• Passion for the HR and career services industry with strong customer focus.

Language Requirement:

Mandarin Chinese is required for this role due to client communicate needs.

Additional Benefits:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
