Novarc Technologies is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.

Summary: As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the recruiting team with finding top talent to support various departments’ hiring goals. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, organized, and effective. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and closing candidates.

Work Environment: Hybrid

Type of the role: 6-month Contract, Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination:

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all parties are aligned on timing, location, and interview format. Handle changes and updates in a timely manner.

  • Candidate Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status, interview scheduling, and next steps. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Job Postings & Advertising:

Assist in drafting and posting job ads across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect the role.

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:

Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date. Help with generating reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening Support:

Assist with sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, or internal databases. Help with initial resume screening to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications.

  • Recruitment Event Coordination:

Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, or campus recruitment activities. Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communication.

  • Onboarding Support:

Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to first day of work.

  • Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including organizing candidate documentation, preparing interview materials, and maintaining files. Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in robotics and/or software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, with a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and customer-service oriented approach when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
