Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanamakonda for an HR Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting and updating job listings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth interview and offer process. The role involves using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified IT talent, while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company policies and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Hands-on exposure to IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for various technology roles.
• Strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hanamakonda and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
