Job Description

Job Title: Supervisor, Accounting

Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end statutory audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination with auditors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements as per Ind AS and statutory norms
Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders
Ensure audit schedules, reconciliations, and documentation accuracy
Track audit progress and meet deadlines
Manage tax audit, annual filings, transfer pricing, and advance tax
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable laws
Implement audit recommendations for process improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

CA + Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
7-10 years in statutory audit/financial reporting
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act
Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/MSD
Experience with Big 4/audit firms preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
