Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for domestic requirements
• Posting jobs on portals and social media platforms
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate databases and reports
• End-to-end recruitment support

Requirements

• Any graduate (MBA HR preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
