WE ARE RECRUITING FOR COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALISTS!

You will lead impactful campaigns that share updates, stories, and ways to access our supports. Make a meaningful difference by:

• Developing and promoting routine content (e.g. posts, blogs, stories, newsletters, etc.) through online mediums
• Creating appealing visual designs, using our branding guide and graphical assets, working collaboratively with our designers
• Acting as a community organizer to nurture and strengthen relationships with online communities
• Acting as a storyteller that gives elevates lived experience
• Overseeing marketing cycles, including brainstorming, planning, execution, and reflection
• Contributing to high-level organizational goals, including in relation to diversity, engagement, and reach

You may also assist with:

• Coordinating advisory groups, administrative duties (i.e. communication for programs and evaluation processes), report creation, as well as presenting at public forums and conferences

We're recruiting full-time interns and employees (35 hours/week), at an hourly wage range of $17.75–$30.00/hours.

• Skilled capacity to initiate, strengthen and build diverse relationships in a way that is authentic, intentional, and meaningful
• Enjoys learning new perspectives, having thoughts challenged, and composing thoughtful replies to content made by others
• Personal lived experience of mental health and skills for recovery

4) CREATIVITY

• Inventiveness to transform personal lived experience into original equity-seeking initiatives that are relatable, fun, and have measurable outcomes
