As an Operations & Marketing Manager at Nanoverse India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations on-ground and overseeing the marketing and social media activities for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Operations Management:**
- Oversee the daily functioning of the play area
- Manage and supervise operations staff
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a smooth customer experience
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate and execute birthday parties & events
- Maintain overall energy, engagement, and service standards
- **Marketing & Social Media:**
- Manage Nanoverses social media accounts
- Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
- Coordinate photoshoots / videos at the venue
- Plan basic campaigns and promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries and online leads
- Maintain brand presence and consistency across platforms

- Experience in operations, hospitality, events, or similar roles
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Energetic, responsible, and proactive personality
- Basic understanding of social media and content creation
