Key Responsibilities:

• **Operations Management:**
• Oversee the daily functioning of the play area
• Manage and supervise operations staff
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a smooth customer experience
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate and execute birthday parties & events
• Maintain overall energy, engagement, and service standards
• **Marketing & Social Media:**
• Manage Nanoverses social media accounts
• Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
• Coordinate photoshoots / videos at the venue
• Plan basic campaigns and promotions
• Respond to customer inquiries and online leads
• Maintain brand presence and consistency across platforms
