Job Description

As an Operations & Marketing Manager at Nanoverse India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations on-ground and overseeing the marketing and social media activities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

**Operations Management:**
Oversee the daily functioning of the play area
Manage and supervise operations staff
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a smooth customer experience
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate and execute birthday parties & events
Maintain overall energy, engagement, and service standards
**Marketing & Social Media:**
Manage Nanoverses social media accounts
Create and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories)
Coordinate photoshoots / videos at the venue
Plan basic campaigns and promotions
Respond to customer inquiries and online leads
Maintain brand presence and consistency across platforms
