Job Description

Our client, responsible for wholesale electricity across 13 states, is actively hiring for a Paralegal Administrator to join their team in Audubon, PA! This role will be hybrid and require 1 day a week onsite.

This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!*

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting their legal team in this location. You will provide a wide range of clerical, administrative, workflow, and project management duties. This team is looking for someone meticulous and knowledgeable of legal formalities, computer and technical knowledge, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the filing system for the Law department
Assist attorneys in the preparation and electronic filing of letters, pleadings, discovery and subpoena responses, motions, summaries of filings, and orders
Conduct research and analysis on legal and regulatory matters, prepare memos, reports, summaries, charts, and other legal documents as directed

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or a related field
0-3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Law Clerk, or Paralegal
Experience working in a digital environment and the ability to use technology as well as e-filing tools
