Overview

Electrical engineering Professional Engineer subject matter expert providing consulting and advisory services in schematic design and design development, including evaluation of new and existing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and technical competence in advising how to develop and produce complete construction documents for new and renovation projects.
• Advise on professional quality, technical accuracy, and interdisciplinary coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services.
• Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes (NFPA 70 (NEC), NESC).
• Conduct field observation to verify/obtain the existing conditions of electrical site work and facility systems, and incorporate these conditions into the design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• PE certification required
• Background check required
