Location-Type: Hybrid (Baltimore, MD — 4 days onsite/week)

Compensation Range: $27.50/hr – $33/hr W2

Job Description

Support a high-profile consumer-facing digital platform and mobile app experience for a major sports and entertainment organization. This role is heavily focused on hands-on website content management, digital execution, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain website and mobile app content updates within a CMS
• Build, edit, and publish digital pages and promotional content
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams, external vendors, and production stakeholders
• Support UX/UI updates, digital campaigns, and engagement initiatives
• Assist with content calendars, push notifications, and promotional placements
• Monitor website performance, content accuracy, and digital best practices
• Collaborate on strategies to improve user engagement and fan/customer experience
• Manage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years of digital marketing, web content, or CMS management experience
• Strong hands-on CMS experience including content publishing, page updates, and website maintenance
• Basic understanding of HTML and web technologies (no heavy coding required)
• Experience supporting consumer-facing/B2C digital experiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
• Comfortable working onsite 4 days/week in Baltimore

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with SEO and/or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Sports, media, entertainment, ecommerce, or hospitality industry experience
• Experience supporting mobile app or push notification campaigns
• Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience
• Exposure to UX/UI optimization and digital engagement strategies
