Role Description This is a full-time Agricultural Sales Representative role based in Patna, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Agricultural Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers, promoting Mithala Pride’s agricultural products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting client sites, understanding crop and input requirements, presenting product benefits, negotiating orders, and ensuring timely delivery and follow-up. The role also involves gathering market intelligence, tracking competitor activity, and sharing customer feedback with internal teams to refine offerings and sales strategies. Qualifications
