Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives focused on demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline growth across eCommerce, ERP, and managed services offerings. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM, Positioning & Messaging
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for eCommerce, ERP, and services. Define clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target industries and buyer personas, translating complex solutions into simple, outcome-driven narratives.
  • Demand Generation & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, social, and partner channels. Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through inbound, outbound, and ABM initiatives in alignment with sales priorities.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics
  • Track and optimize marketing performance (leads, conversions, pipeline, ROI). Leverage CRM and automation tools to improve lead management and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration & Team Management
  • Work closely with business, sales, and delivery teams to align marketing with offerings. Manage external partners and mentor junior team members to strengthen marketing capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of experience in B2B marketing within IT services, SaaS, ERP, or eCommerce domains
  • Strong expertise in GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for global markets (especially US)
  • Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience in integrated campaign management and ABM strategies
  • Strong background in content strategy and sales enablement
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, inbound/outbound)
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue-aligned initiatives
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and ROI measurement
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
