What You'll Be Doing Social Media Design Design social media posts, carousels, and campaign creatives Create attention-grabbing ad creatives Develop visual concepts for multiple brands and industries Video Editing & Reels Edit Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos Add transitions, captions, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects Create content optimized for engagement and retention AI-Powered Creative Production Create high-quality visuals using AI tools Generate product concepts and marketing visuals Create website banners, hero sections, and campaign imagery Explore and test emerging AI creative tools Website & Brand Assets Design website graphics, landing page visuals, icons, infographics, and marketing materials Improve visual storytelling across digital platforms Creative Direction Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams Occasionally visit client locations to guide photographers or content creators on visual requirements, shot concepts, and creative direction Skills We're Looking For Required Strong graphic design skills Strong video editing skills Excellent visual storytelling ability Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to turn rough ideas into polished visuals Preferred Tools Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects Canva Figma AI Tools (Any Experience Is a Bonus) Lovart Midjourney ChatGPT Who Should Apply?
