We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online presence, increasing website traffic, and generating leads through social media marketing and advertising.

This position requires a self-starter who is passionate about cars, social media trends, photography, videography, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Take high-quality photos of vehicle inventory for social media, website listings, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Increase social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Drive traffic to the dealership website and help generate sales leads through digital marketing efforts.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with management and sales staff to promote inventory, special offers, events, and dealership initiatives.
• Track and report on social media performance, advertising results, and growth metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency with content creation and editing software.
• Experience running Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and the car industry is considered an asset.

Equipment Requirements

• Must own and provide a professional camera and necessary photography/videography equipment.
• Must have access to video editing software and tools required to create high-quality content.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site at the dealership.
