About The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager with a strong hunting mindset to drive new logo acquisition for an Agentic AI Intelligence Repository across Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, and Financial Institutions.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, CXO engagement, pipeline generation, and closing large-value deals within the BFSI segment.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Banking, NBFC, and Insurance sectors.
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, networking, partner channels, and executive relationships.
- Engage with CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to create winning proposals.
- Influence RFPs and procurement processes by engaging decision-makers early.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 12 15 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in BFSI.
- Strong experience selling Enterprise Software, DMS, BPM, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Ramco), Digital Transformation, or AI/ML solutions.
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and closing enterprise deals worth 1 Cr+.
- Existing relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, and senior stakeholders across leading BFSI organizations.
- Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, EMD/PBG, and government procurement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to generate and manage their own sales pipeline.
