You are a versatile and culturally plugged-in language specialist who excels in digital ecosystems. Your role involves writing platform-native copy across various formats such as push notifications, meme copy in English, Hinglish, or regional tone, long-form features, social captions, taglines, and more. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketers to adapt copy to visual assets and platform trends while maintaining Gaana Voice & Tone consistency. Additionally, you will translate music metadata or fan behavior insights into engaging storytelling, participate in brainstorms, and localize content for regional audiences, especially in South India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write platform-native copy across formats including push notifications, meme copy, long-form features, social captions, taglines, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt copy to visual assets and platform trends.
• Maintain Gaana Voice & Tone consistency across all copy.
• Translate music metadata or fan behavior insights into engaging storytelling.
• Participate in brainstorms and content campaigns shaping.
• Localize and transcreate content in line with regional audience behavior, particularly in South India.

Key KPIs:

• % increase in click-through rates on push and performance email copy.
• Engagement rate on copy-led posts (likes/comments/saves per 1k impressions).
• Turnaround time for creative copy requests.
• Copy engagement in test/control experiments on platform/app.
• Additional KPIs as per growing business requirements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 0-4 years in a creative/digital copywriting role.
• Strong showreel or portfolio of short-form content, meme copy, platform-based writing relevant to South Indian Music, Movie, Meme & Pop culture.
• Knowledge of timing, tone, grammar, dialect, and platform behavior.
• Fluent in internet culture, particularly Indian music, pop, fandom, and regional cues.
• Ability to write in or adapt tone to Telugu (Tingligh), Tamil (Tamglish), Hinglish. Proficiency in English writing and communication is mandatory.
