Job Description

As a data-driven problem solver at Gaana, your role will focus on improving customer lifecycle outcomes from engagement to renewal and upgrades. You will work at the intersection of data science, product, and growth to identify and implement interventions that enhance customer LTV.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Analyze user behavior to gain insights at cohort-level and individual-level for understanding engagement, churn, and renewal patterns
  • Identify high-impact intervention points along the customer journey, design strategies, and implement lifecycle improvements using CRM, notifications, and other tools
  • Develop and deploy predictive models to anticipate churn, engagement drop-offs, and upgrade likelihood
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of interventions and continuously enhance lifecycle strategies
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to translate insights into scalable interventions
  • Take ownership of key metrics including engagement, renewal rates, upgrade conversion, and LTV improvement
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • 25 years of experience in data science, analytics, or growth-focused roles
  • Proficiency in user behavior analysis, cohorting, and lifecycle metrics
  • Hands-on skills in SQL, Python (or similar tools), and data modeling
  • Ability to drive real-world outcomes from analysis
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like MoEngage or CleverTap is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset with a bias for action
