• Create monthly content strategy & content calendar
• Plan brand positioning & content pillars
• Lead content & campaign execution
• Analyze data deeply (CTR, engagement rate, conversions)
• Work closely with founders/clients for business goals
• Guide SMM team members

Requirements

2–5 years experience in social media / agency

Strong understanding of content strategy + branding

Data-driven mindset (not just posting content)

Leadership + client handling skills
