Position: First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $65–$130/hour

Location: US, UK, or Canada

Duration: Short term sprint

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
• Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ensure high availability for substantial hours during the project sprint.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
