ResponsibilitiesHandle claims work end to end, including first notice of loss intake, coverage checks, reserve assignment, and liability decisions.Work through simulated claim scenarios using structured tools and mock environments such as Guidewire ClaimCenter and Xactimate.Examine and consolidate outside records like police reports, medical files, and vendor quotations.Prepare organized deliverables such as coverage summaries, repair estimates, and liability evaluations.Spot gaps, mismatches, or warning signs in claim narratives and supporting documents.Monitor compliance with claim rules, document required deadlines, and evaluate the quality of communications.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience managing property, auto, bodily injury, or general liability claims.Working familiarity with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Xactimate, Hyland OnBase, or FileNet.Strong grasp of coverage analysis, state compliance expectations, and claims file documentation standards.Experience reviewing third-party materials such as police reports, medical summaries, and contractor estimates.Clear written communication and solid analytical ability.Application processApplicants are asked to submit a resume and then complete a domain expertise interview along with a short form.
