Job Description
Mercer County Works is a growing company in the solar consultation industry, seeking motivated individuals for their Solar Consultation team. The role involves working directly with clients to facilitate their transition to solar energy, providing training and support, and fostering client relationships to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for informing clients on how to save money by switching to solar
- You will work face to face with potential and current clientele, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional energy to clean & efficient power in their homes
- Daily team meetings and collaboration will help support your success along the way
- Complete comprehensive and ongoing training; learn new industry knowledge
- Retain and grow your client base by effectively managing their accounts and ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding experience
- Cultivate current and prospective client relationships and identify opportunities to expand these relationships by responding to client needs within your territory and network
- Talk to and acquire interested leads
- Analyze a client’s electricity usage by collecting their electricity information in order to make recommendations to further optimize their energy usage
- Determine solar installation eligibility
