Resident Medical Officer (NICU / Wards / Chemo Day Care ) - (Nagpur)

ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Patient Care & Monitoring: Daily ward rounds, monitoring vital signs, managing patient conditions, and ensuring the continuity of care.
- Emergency Care: Acting as the first responder to emergencies, providing immediate stabilization in the intensive care unit (ICU) or casualty.
- Clinical Procedures: Conducting examinations, taking blood samples, arterial blood sampling, and administering IV medications.
- Documentation: Updating daily patient notes, writing discharge summaries, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborating with nurses, consultants, and specialists regarding patient treatment plans.
- Procedures & Care: Attending to post-operative patients and assisting in procedures.
