You will be working as a Coordinator Level 2 at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Lucknow. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage OPD and appointments for doctors in the department.
- Act as the main communication link between the medical team and patients.
- Handle duty roster of doctors in consultation with the departmental HOD.
- Create and update patients' electronic health records.
- Manage confidential information securely.
- Organize events like CMEs, trainings, and conferences for the department.
- Ensure patient satisfaction score in the department.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, proposals, presentations, reports, data analysis, and MIS accurately and timely.
- Support coordination between administrative departments and ensure compliance.
- Assist HOD in academic programs such as DNB/Fellowships.
- Review and summarize reports, prepare background documents, and outgoing mails as required.
- Perform any other activities as assigned by the management.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in handling patient queries.
- Healthcare background is preferred.
- Qualification: BDS/BHMS/BAMS
