Prior experience in the hospitals , healthcare systems, or pharmaceutical organizations is mandatory.
Role Overview:
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, and market development for the assigned hospital unit. The role involves leading the sales and marketing team, executing strategic marketing initiatives, strengthening doctor and corporate relationships, and ensuring strong brand visibility across offline and digital channels. The position plays a key role in improving patient footfalls, expanding referral networks, and supporting the hospital’s overall business growth and topline revenue targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall revenue achievement as per the annual budgets of the unit.
- To work closely with unit Head in developing Sales plan for the Unit based on the business plan and its execution.
- To work on strategy to increase preferred channel business and the revenue mix.
- To prepare Sales forecasts for the management to facilitate strategic planning and target achievement.
- To ensure timely on ground execution of the Sales plan, upcountry activities and market activation.
- To manage the sales budget and measure ROI on activations done.
- To manage existing relationships with MECP doctors, PSU and corporate accounts and ensure new activations as per the plan.
- Work closely with clinicians to plan, execute and communicate the business development activities to improve footfalls and business.
- Work closely with Unit head in engagement of the clinical talent.
- To keep a check on the Market dynamics and stay updated on competition.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance engagement with local communities.
- To ensure retention and motivation of the team and their performance management.
- To actively participate in the training and development of the team and talent management.
- To work closely with marketing team and organize promotional events, camps, corporate events etc.
- Any other activity, which is a part of the Unit growth and business requirement.
Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate /MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing Preferred specialization in Sales and Marketing
- More than 15 years of relevant experience preferably as a channel lead / sales lead for at least three years.
