We are IAF Internationally Certified and growing rapidly across our 4-city branch network. As we scale our digital presence and B2B client base, we need a Graphic Designer who matches the quality of our physical print output with equally premium digital design work.

02 THE ROLE
You will be the creative engine of SMR Print — responsible for all client print files, marketing creatives, social media content, and brand materials. You work directly with the founder and sales team to translate client briefs into flawless, production-ready designs.
This is not a junior position. Every file you produce represents a client’s brand. We need someone who takes that seriously.
03 WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Print Design — Primary
→ Design print-ready files for nameplates, labels, stickers, ID cards, pamphlets, brochures, packaging, rubber stamps, and all SMR Print products
→ Prepare every file with correct bleed, DPI, CMYK color profile, and full production specifications
→ Handle client revision cycles professionally and efficiently without any quality compromise
→ Coordinate with the production team to ensure design-to-print accuracy at every stage
Marketing & Social Media Design
→ Create premium Instagram posts, Reels covers, and carousels for @smrgroups
→ Design LinkedIn company page banners, post graphics, and campaign update visuals
→ Build YouTube thumbnails and channel art for our upcoming YouTube channel
→ Design WhatsApp broadcast graphics for product launches and seasonal campaigns
Brand & Business Materials
→ Design client-facing quotation templates, letterheads, and business cards
→ Create product catalogs, company presentations, and sales pitch decks
→ Maintain and evolve the SMR Print visual brand identity and style guide
04 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
✓ 2–5 years graphic design experience (print preferred)
✓ Expert: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
✓ Strong CMYK, bleed, DPI & file format knowledge
✓ Experience designing for Instagram & LinkedIn
✓ Portfolio showing both print and digital work
✓ Multi-project management & deadline discipline
GOOD TO HAVE
✓ CorelDRAW (used widely in Indian print industry)
✓ Label & packaging design for FMCG / industrial
✓ Basic video editing for Instagram Reels / Shorts
✓ Canva for quick social media turnarounds
✓ Brand identity system & style guide knowledge
