About the Role

Kalbii Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Sumerpur. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, branding, social media design, and digital marketing creatives, we would love to hear from you.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, content, and branding teams to create impactful designs that help businesses communicate their message effectively across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create branding assets including logos, business cards, packaging concepts, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns and brand promotions.
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, email creatives, and presentation decks.
• Create infographics and visual content that simplify complex information.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and projects.
• Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to understand brand guidelines and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with CorelDRAW will be a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience creating motion graphics and animated creatives.
• Understanding of print design and production requirements.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, or branding environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with strong design skills and an impressive portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience will be preferred.
