Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout)
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Source candidates through portals, social media, and referrals

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
• Schedule interviews and gather feedback
• Ensure smooth communication with candidates

Process & Compliance

• Maintain ATS and recruitment records
• Ensure process adherence and documentation
• Support onboarding and pre-joining activities

Employer Branding

• Participate in job fairs and hiring drives
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Share market insights and hiring trends

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
