We’re looking for an experienced Australian Mortgage Underwriter / Para Broker to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization with global exposure
This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in Australian home loan processing, underwriting, and broker support, and are looking to take their career to the next level.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ End-to-end Australian mortgage processing (lodgment to settlement)
✔️ Prepare compliant loan submissions as per lender policies
✔️ Perform serviceability assessments (Quickly) & credit analysis
✔️ Evaluate borrower profiles – income, liabilities & credit reports
✔️ Identify risks, documentation gaps & provide recommendations
✔️ Ensure compliance with Australian lending standards
✔️ Coordinate with brokers, lenders & internal teams for smooth processing

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 4–6 years experience in Australian Mortgage Processing / Para Broking / Underwriting
✔️ Strong understanding of lender policies (NAB exposure preferred)
✔️ Excellent communication & coordination skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple loan files efficiently
✔️ Experience working with offshore broker teams
