Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements with department managers
• Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background verification
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
• Good organizational and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, Manufacturing, finance)
