Job Summary

The Financial Planning Analyst will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of our manufacturing operations. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models to support decision-making processes. The analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met and provide insights to enhance financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from financial plans.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
