Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join a leading waste management company as an Accounts Manager. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, taxation)
- Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings and audits
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental financial regulations
- MIS reporting and management dashboards
Key Requirements
- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) – mandatory
- 5–10 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in Waste Management / Infrastructure / manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, and compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
