Remote | CA$164,145.60 – CA$205182.00 + Performance Bonus | Full Time

MaleMD is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer men's health telehealth company. We specialize in prescription treatments for sexual health, longevity, and performance — including our flagship ED treatment KnockoutRx and Sermorelin peptide therapy. We have tens of thousands of active subscribers and are rapidly expanding into new treatment categories driven by increasing patient demand.

The Role

We are hiring a Creative Director to own the quality, consistency, and performance of all creative output at MaleMD. This is not a conceptual brand role. This is an execution-heavy leadership seat for someone who has built high-converting creative for a D2C brand and knows the difference between creative that looks good and creative that sells.

You will sit above the design and creative production process — setting the standard, reviewing all deliverables before they reach senior management, and ensuring every asset that goes out the door is on-brand, conversion-focused, and built with the right customer in mind.

You will work directly with our design team, UGC creators, and paid media team. You are the filter between production and publishing.

What You Will Own

  • Creative strategy and direction across paid social (Meta primary), landing pages, email, and product pages
  • Brand consistency — every asset that leaves the team reflects the MaleMD brand standard
  • Copy — writing and reviewing headlines, body copy, hooks, and CTAs across all channels
  • Design direction — briefing designers, reviewing deliverables, signing off before anything reaches senior management
  • Creative performance — reviewing Meta Ads Manager data to understand what is working and directing the team to iterate, kill, or scale accordingly
  • Creative pipeline — maintaining velocity and quality simultaneously as we expand into new products and offers
  • Onboarding new creative to the brand — ensuring designers, contractors, and UGC creators understand the aesthetic and tone before they produce anything

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in a creative leadership or senior creative role at a direct-to-consumer brand — this is required, not preferred
  • Deep understanding of what makes D2C creative convert — you know the difference between brand creative and performance creative and you can execute both
  • Strong copywriting skills — you can write a hook, a headline, and a CTA that performs
  • Design proficiency — you do not need to be a production designer but you must be able to direct one clearly and recognize when something is off
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — you can read performance data and translate it into creative decisions without needing someone to interpret it for you
  • High ownership mentality — you treat the brand like it is yours
  • Executive thinking — you can communicate creative decisions up to senior leadership clearly and concisely

Bonus — not required:

  • Experience in men's health, telehealth, wellness, or regulated D2C categories
  • Experience managing or scaling Meta creative testing programs
  • Proficiency with AI tools for creative research, scripting, or production

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • Your D2C experience is limited to a single category or a single brand
  • You need someone else to tell you what good looks like
  • You think brand and performance are separate disciplines
  • You have never written copy that ran on paid media
  • Your definition of creative direction is giving feedback in a slide deck
