Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support product and service launches. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The person in this role will collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to align messaging, support integrated digital marketing campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also involves community management, responding to comments and messages, tracking industry trends, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external engagement.
• Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy tailored to different channels, audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Working knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals, including basic SEO principles, paid social campaigns, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, scheduling and reporting platforms).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a portfolio or examples of previous social media campaigns or content preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
