Event Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Event Manager to plan, promote, and execute a large-scale cricket tournament. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event management including marketing, sponsorship sales, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive registrations and audience engagement
• Handle digital promotions (social media, ads, influencer collaborations)
• Build partnerships with local communities, corporates, and cricket groups
• Coordinate branding activities across online and offline platforms

Event Planning & Execution

• Coordinate with teams, umpires, and venue authorities
• Manage ground logistics, equipment, and day operations
• Ensure smooth execution of all matches and ceremonies

Team & Vendor Management

• Manage volunteers, coordinators, and ground staff
• Coordinate with vendors (production, printing, media, etc.)
• Ensure timely setup and dismantling of event infrastructure

Operations & Coordination

• Handle registrations and participant communication
• Maintain event timelines and checklists
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in event management (sports/events preferred)
• Strong skills in marketing, sales, and client handling
• Experience in handling large-scale or sports events is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹12,647.92 - ₹53,474.93 per month
