Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Communications Specialist based in Gurugram.
The Marketing Communications
Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting marketing materials, managing public relations campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to develop advertising strategies, managing social media content, and monitoring campaign effectiveness to achieve business goals. Success in this role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in crafting clear and engaging content for various audiences.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution across platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools like SEO, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and apply insights to communication strategies.
- Project management and organizational skills to handle deadlines and collaborate across teams effectively.
- Proficiency in design tools and basic knowledge of branding principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience within the fashion, retail, or footwear industries is an added advantage.
