Marketing Communications Specialist (Global Org)
- We are currently retained by a Global FMCG player to hire Marketing Communications Specialist for them.
- As a strategic marketing leader, you will craft and implement marketing roadmaps, communications plans, and calendars to guide partner initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- You'll execute integrated campaigns across events, trade shows, digital, media relations, and social media.
- Collaborating with sales segment, and product managers, you'll develop targeted content and identify optimal communication channels for the organization.
Please note : This role will work on Marcom activities for APAC & MEA. Past experience of these markets will be preferred.
- Also only those with B2B Marketing experience would be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives for ecosystem partners, including campaign timelines and messaging frameworks.
Oversee cross-channel campaigns, leveraging a mix of on-ground activations, industry events, digital platforms, and social outreach.
- Work alongside sales and product teams to craft audience-specific narratives and determine the most impactful ways to reach them.
- Lead digital marketing: paid media, automation, SEO/SEM, website enhancements, and lead management.
- Support the APAC Segment with marketing programs for growth.
- Plan and manage budgets, and evaluate the effectiveness of PR, advertising, digital marketing, and trade events.
To fit the bill, you must have :
- 10+ years B2B marketing leadership
- Extensive cross-functional/regional team experience
- Proven success in managing multiple projects
- Proficient in modern digital marketing
- Exposure to APAC and MEA markets
- Creative with excellent communicator
