Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven YouTube Channel Manager to manage and grow our Kids Shows Hub Channels. The role involves end-to-end channel operations, including content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis. The candidate will work closely with content partners, internal teams to drive views, watch time, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Kids Hub Channels
• Plan and execute content upload schedules
• Coordinate with content partners for licensed shows
• Optimize videos (SEO, thumbnails, playlists) for higher CTR & watch time
• Ensure quality checks and adherence to YouTube Kids policies
• Analyze performance and drive growth in views, watch time & revenue

Requirements

• Experience in YouTube channel management (Kids content preferred)
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience retention
• Ability to manage multiple channels and workflows Data-driven mindset with focus on growth
